HSM/Hunting Shack Match Subsonic Features The HSM/Hunting Shack Match Subsonic is engineered around the Sierra 175 grain Hollow Point Boat Tail bullet a proven match projectile known for its consistent boat tail drag characteristics and accurate flight. Loaded specifically to stay under the sound barrier the round leaves the muzzle around 1020 fps which keeps report and blast signature down when fired through a suppressor. That subsonic velocity does not come at the cost of precision since the boat tail design and Sierra s tight bullet tolerances hold tight groups out to typical match ranges. Shooters running suppressed bolt guns or semi-autos get a load tuned specifically for that use case rather than a standard supersonic round simply loaded down. Every round is built on brass cases for reliable extraction and consistent chamber pressures across a shooting session. The load ships 20 rounds per box giving shooters a manageable quantity for range sessions load development comparisons or precision training days. Muzzle energy of 404 ft lbs at that reduced velocity still delivers solid performance for target and tactical applications where noise discipline matters. This combination of a match grade bullet brass case construction and a purpose-built subsonic velocity makes the load a dependable choice for anyone pairing a suppressor with a precision bolt gun or semi-auto platform. The HSM/Hunting Shack Match Subsonic in .308 Win is available for sale at GrabAGun for suppressor owners and precision shooters who want a dedicated subsonic match load rather than a compromise.
