HSM/Hunting Shack Game King Features The HSM/Hunting Shack GameKing is built around the Sierra GameKing bullet a design that has earned a strong reputation among hunters for years of consistent accuracy. In .270 WSM this load pushes a 130 grain jacketed soft point bullet with a boat tail spitzer profile a shape chosen to retain velocity and resist wind drift at extended ranges. HSM precisely matches each individual component in the cartridge to the GameKing bullet s specific requirements aiming to maximize the accuracy and performance potential the bullet was designed around. That attention to component matching is why many shooters describe HSM GameKing ammunition as feeling more like a handload than a factory round. Each cartridge uses a reloadable brass case with a boxer primer giving handloaders the option to reload spent brass after the first firing. The ammunition ships in a standard box of 20 rounds convenient for a day at the range or an afternoon hunt. Whatever game is being pursued HSM has built the GameKing line around matching the right cartridge to the right bullet for the task. For hunters chasing big game in .270 WSM who want proven Sierra GameKing bullet performance this HSM load is a dependable choice.
