Hornady AEROMATCH Features Hornady AEROMATCH bullets are built around the most popular match bullet profiles and weights sourced from across the reloading industry now refined and manufactured under Hornady s own quality standards. This particular offering is a 69 grain hollow point boat tail bullet with a .224 inch diameter sized for .22 caliber rifle cartridges commonly used in precision and competitive shooting. A ballistic coefficient of .315 and sectional density of .196 give this bullet predictable stable flight characteristics at extended ranges. Because the AEROMATCH line is designed as a seamless transition for existing shooters reloaders can use their current load data die settings and ballistic solver information without adjustment. Each box contains 500 bullets packaged sequentially straight off the press meaning each projectile in the box is essentially a clone of the one before it delivering unmatched consistency for high-volume match shooters. Small production batches further reinforce this quality control rather than relying on large less consistent manufacturing runs. Packaged six boxes to a case the AEROMATCH line offers competitive pricing that helps shooters stay ahead without breaking the bank on components. As a bullet rather than a loaded round these projectiles are intended strictly for handloading into the reloader s own cases and are not sold as ready-to-fire ammunition available for sale at GrabAGun.
