Charter Arms Off Duty Coyote Features The Charter Arms Off Duty Coyote uses moon clip technology to run the rimless .380 ACP cartridge through a five shot revolver cylinder combining the simplicity of a wheelgun with a cartridge known for manageable low recoil defensive performance. The 2 inch ported barrel bleeds gas upward at the muzzle to reduce felt recoil and muzzle rise letting shooters get back on target faster for a follow up shot. A matte stainless steel barrel and cylinder pair with an anodized aluminum frame keeping the overall package light enough for all day carry without sacrificing the strength needed at the cylinder and barrel. This combination of materials is exactly what makes the Off Duty Coyote the lightest five shot .380 revolver available. A concealed hammer eliminates snag points during the draw from concealment and also reduces the chance of an accidental catch on clothing making the revolver smoother to present under stress. The HiViz LitePipe front sight gathers ambient light for a fast sight picture in a variety of conditions an important feature for a defensive handgun that may be drawn quickly. Black finger grooved rubber grips help control the gun during firing while adding a layer of cushioning against recoil. Two included moon clips speed up reloading dramatically compared to loading rounds one at a time making the Off Duty Coyote a genuinely practical option for concealed carry.
