Charter Arms Double Dog Features The Charter Arms Double Dog ships with two interchangeable cylinders one chambered in 9mm and the other in .357 Magnum letting the shooter switch calibers on the same stainless steel frame without buying a second revolver. The 4.2 inch barrel balances a compact carry footprint with enough sight radius for genuine practical accuracy while adjustable front and rear sights let the shooter fine-tune point of impact for either cylinder. A standard hammer allows both double and single action firing giving the shooter a fast first shot or a more deliberate precise trigger pull as the situation demands. This dual-cylinder versatility makes the Double Dog a genuinely unique option among five-shot carry revolvers. The black passivate coating on the stainless steel frame provides a corrosion-resistant low-maintenance finish suited to daily carry in a variety of conditions. Classic walnut wood Backpacker grips add genuine texture and a comfortable secure hold that helps manage recoil across both chambered calibers. A hammer block safety prevents the gun from firing unless the trigger is deliberately pulled an important feature for a carry revolver. At just 24 ounces the Double Dog stays light enough for comfortable concealed carry while delivering the flexibility of two proven self-defense calibers in one gun.
