What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I took the Twin Skin Superlite EF Ski out on some fast groomed loops and it's easy to feel that fitness-tuned tempo. The Twin Skin strips give me grip right when I need it without dragging on the glide, and the lighter build keeps my legs fresher deep into a long session."Frost still clings to the trees when the tracks get set, and that first push off the line is where the Twin Skin Superlite EF Ski earns its keep. Backcountry stocks this ski for skiers who want fitness day speed without sacrificing the kick that gets them up the next rise. Every stride settles into a rhythm, grip arriving right on cue before the ski releases into a long, quiet glide across the flats. Underneath, an Air Core Basalite construction keeps swing weight low, so the miles pass without the usual burn in the legs. A camber profile tuned toward the front of the ski makes grip easier to access without forcing an aggressive kick, while the Twin Skin mohair strips hold traction on demand and let go cleanly once you're back to gliding.
