"Brooks® Hyperion Elite 6: If you're chasing a PR and want a road racing shoe that doesn't hold anything back, the Brooks Hyperion Elite 6 was built for that moment. This neutral race-day running shoe pairs an ultralight construction with an aggressive propulsion system, making it a strong choice for runners targeting their fastest times on the road. The DNA GOLD midsole - Brooks' nitrogen-infused, pure PEBA foam - has been updated to be 20% lighter with higher energy return and 9.39% greater displacement, which translates to more pop off the ground with noticeably less weight underfoot. The SpeedVault+ carbon fiber plate is engineered using athlete pressure maps, with a steeper angle of descent that starts the propulsion phase earlier so you're moving into your next stride sooner. The RapidRoll rocker geometry works directly with the plate to lock up the forefoot and drive you forward - the most aggressive plate-and-rocker combination Brooks has put into a shoe. Keeping everything connected is a TPU-pressed upper with silicone lace-sheaths that anchors your foot to the midsole platform, so energy transfer stays efficient when it matters most. The lite-yarn construction reduces layers and excess weight without giving up structure or breathability where you need it.Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I wore the Hyperion Elite 6 during a speed workout and noticed right away how quickly the shoe moves you through each stride. The plate kicks in earlier than I expected, and the rocker keeps things rolling without any dead spots. If you're running a race or doing race-pace work, this shoe keeps up with you."" - Hallie, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Phoenix AZWho It's Best ForThe Brooks Hyperion Elite 6 is a strong match for neutral runners who want a lightweight, responsive road racing shoe for race day and speed work.
