"Women's Brooks® Ghost AMP: The Women's Brooks Ghost AMP is a neutral road running shoe that brings together a cushioned, responsive ride for daily training and tempo runs. If you want a shoe that feels soft underfoot without losing that snap at toe-off, this is the one worth trying. The DNA Hype midsole foam balances comfortable landings with enough energy return to keep your stride feeling lively, whether you're logging easy miles or picking up the pace.A lot of what makes the Ghost AMP feel the way it does comes down to how it's built. The Knockout Strobel construction integrates the cushioning layer directly into the midsole stack, so the underfoot feel is more immediate and connected rather than distant or spongy. SpringRamp Technology adds a propulsive geometry to the midsole that encourages a more energetic toe-off - useful on days when you want a little extra snap without switching to a different shoe. The Warp Knit Textile upper wraps the foot with a soft, breathable feel that stays airy on longer runs without feeling loose. Updated eyelet construction gives the midfoot a more flexible, adaptive fit that moves with your foot naturally, and the low-profile collar keeps things comfortable at the ankle without adding bulk. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I wore the Ghost AMP on a mid-week run where I started easy and finished at tempo pace, and it handled both well. The cushioning felt responsive rather than soft and slow, and I really noticed the toe-off geometry when I started pushing. It's a shoe I'd reach for most days of the week."" - Rachel, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Carlsbad, CAWho It's Best ForIf you're a neutral runner looking for a daily trainer that can handle easy miles and faster efforts without needing two different shoes, the Ghost AMP is worth a close look.
