"Men's Brooks® Ghost AMP: The Brooks Ghost AMP is a neutral daily trainer built for road runners who want a responsive, cushioned ride without sacrificing energy on the way through. Whether you're logging easy miles or pushing the pace on a tempo run, it handles both with a ride that feels soft at landing and snappy at toe-off.The DNA Hype midsole - Brooks' Peba blended foam at a 36C durometer - is the foundation of what makes the Ghost AMP feel the way it does. It absorbs impact on landing and rebounds through the forefoot, so the shoe doesn't just cushion your stride, it moves with it. SpringRamp Technology, a geometry built into the midsole, encourages a quicker toe-off transition - something you'll notice most when the pace picks up. The Warp Knit Textile upper wraps the foot without stiffness, keeping airflow moving and the in-shoe feel comfortable from the first mile. Knockout Strobel construction places your foot closer to the midsole foam directly, so the cushioning actually registers underfoot rather than getting lost in extra layers. Updated eyelet geometry rounds out the fit by reducing pressure across the top of the foot, which matters on longer efforts when fit issues tend to show up.Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I took the Ghost AMP out on a longer road run and noticed how well it balanced cushioning with that snappy feel at toe-off. It didn't feel like I was fighting the shoe to move forward - the transition just happened. The upper stayed comfortable the whole time, no hot spots, no stiffness."" - Dave, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, San Diego, CAWho It's Best ForIf you're a neutral runner looking for a road running shoe that works across daily training, long runs, and tempo workouts, the Ghost AMP is worth a serious look.
