Viridian RFX44 Features The Viridian RFX44 centers its design on a 5 MOA green dot reticle a wavelength the human eye processes faster than red giving the shooter quicker target lock in a wide range of lighting conditions. A proprietary green multi-coated lens delivers unmatched color transmission and crystal clear visibility compared to standard reflex sight glass. The battery and electronic components sit at the top of the housing allowing a sleek profile that raises and lowers the viewing window while keeping the overall footprint compact. Auto shut-off paired with INSTANT-ON activation extends battery life dramatically with a rated run time of up to 30 000 hours while keeping the sight ready the instant the pistol is drawn. The RFX44 s closed emitter architecture seals the optical path against dust moisture and debris addressing one of the most common failure points of traditional open reflex sights. This enclosed design also reduces the dot acquisition delay shooters often encounter in harsh or fast-moving conditions. Machined from 6061 aluminum the housing is built tough enough for today s high-performance duty and competition pistols and it includes a Picatinny low mount for quick setup. Tactile and audible brightness adjustments let a shooter confirm settings without looking away from the target rounding out a rugged IP67 waterproof optic for serious pistol work.
