Viridian RFX44 Features The Viridian RFX44 centers on a 5 MOA green dot reticle capitalizing on technology Viridian pioneered two decades ago that leverages the human eye s greater sensitivity to green wavelengths for faster target lock. A proprietary specially designed green multi-coated lens delivers unmatched color transmission and crystal-clear visibility compared to standard red dot sights. The battery and electronic components sit at the top of the sight which lowers the viewing window and keeps the overall profile sleek without sacrificing compactness. Auto shut off paired with INSTANT-ON activation extends battery life dramatically while keeping the sight ready the moment it is drawn. The RFX44 s closed emitter architecture seals the housing against dust moisture and debris addressing one of the most common failure points of traditional open reflex sights while also speeding up dot acquisition. Crafted from 6061 aluminum and built for today s high-performance pistols the sight offers tactile and audible windage and elevation adjustments for discerning shooters who want confirmation when zeroing. A CR1632 battery rated for roughly 30 000 hours of runtime powers the electronics and an IP67 waterproof rating keeps the RFX44 reliable in harsh conditions. The included Picatinny high mount and Burris style mounting hardware make this Viridian optic ready to go onto a pistol straight out of the box.
