Power Calls Mockingbird Features The Power Calls Mockingbird diaphragm call is built around a unique cut pattern that delivers crisp clear front end yelping while retaining a raspy quality on the backend of each note. This combination gives the call a realistic layered sound that can mimic the subtle variations found in a wild turkey s natural vocalizations. As a mouth diaphragm call the Mockingbird keeps a hunter s hands free for gun or bow readiness an important advantage when a tom responds and closes distance quickly. Beau Brooks whose name is closely associated with this call relies on it as a go-to option in his own turkey hunting. Easy to use for hunters across experience levels the Mockingbird offers a wide range covering the full spectrum of turkey sounds from soft yelps to louder more aggressive calling. This versatility makes it suitable both for calling in turkeys from a distance and for finishing a bird that has already closed in close. Diaphragm calls like the Mockingbird require some practice to master but the payoff is realistic hands free calling once the technique is learned. The Power Calls Mockingbird gives turkey hunters a trusted versatile call recommended by one of the sport s respected callers.
