Federal Terminal Ascent Features Federal Terminal Ascent pairs bonded construction with a copper shank and bonded lead core that work together to retain weight and deliver deep penetration at any range. This bonded design ensures the bullet holds together on close high-velocity impacts without sacrificing performance as distance increases. The patented Slipstream polymer tip is engineered to initiate expansion at velocities approximately 200 fps lower than comparable designs meaning the bullet continues to expand reliably even after it has shed significant velocity at long range. This combination gives hunters confidence that the 140 grain bullet in this 6.5 PRC load will perform whether the shot is close or stretched out. The bullet s long sleek profile produces an extremely high ballistic coefficient which translates directly into less wind drift and less bullet drop over distance. AccuChannel groove technology is incorporated into the bullet s design to minimize drag further improving downrange accuracy and consistency. Together these features make Terminal Ascent a match-grade long-range accuracy bullet built specifically for hunting applications rather than target shooting alone. This 20-round box of Federal Terminal Ascent 6.5 PRC ammunition is ready for sale at GrabAGun for hunters chasing game at extended ranges who refuse to compromise on terminal performance.
