Berger Bullets Target Features The Berger Target 69 grain bullet is engineered with an open tip match design that delivers the consistency competitive shooters demand at extended distances. Its jacketed lead construction and precise boat tail profile help maintain velocity and stability as the bullet travels downrange which is especially important once distances stretch past 300 yards. Built with a .224 inch diameter to match 22 caliber bores this bullet is optimized for magazine-feed semi-automatic applications in AR platforms and other modern sporting rifles. A 1:9 twist rate or faster is recommended to properly stabilize this bullet weight for accurate flight. Each box contains 1000 bullets giving dedicated reloaders a substantial supply for load development and competition practice without frequent reordering. As a component bullet this product is intended strictly for handloading and is not a finished loaded cartridge ready to fire. Reloaders can pair this projectile with their preferred brass primer and powder combination to fine tune accuracy for their specific rifle. This Berger Target bullet gives serious 22 caliber shooters a proven match-grade option for building precise repeatable handloads.
