Arken Optics Outrider Features The Arken Outrider covers a 2-12x magnification range through a 42mm objective lens giving shooters the versatility to engage targets up close or stretch out to longer distances without swapping optics. The DLR reticle sits in the second focal plane keeping the reticle subtensions accurate at the scope s top magnification setting while remaining visible and uncluttered at lower power for fast target acquisition. Quarter MOA turret clicks allow 15 MOA of adjustment per revolution giving shooters fine control for dialing elevation and windage corrections. A field of view ranging from 58.8 feet at the low end down to 9.7 feet at full magnification measured at 100 yards keeps the shooter oriented across the full zoom range. Housed in a 30mm main tube the Outrider is compatible with the wide range of rings and mounts already available for that tube diameter simplifying the mounting process on most bolt action and semi-automatic rifles. At 12.1 inches long and 22.4 ounces the scope stays balanced on a variety of rifle platforms without adding excessive weight forward of the action. A CR2032 battery powers the reticle illumination for use in low light conditions.
