Arken Optics EP-5 Gen2 Features The Arken EP-5 Gen2 is built around J-XED Japanese extremely extra low dispersion glass delivering outstanding resolution contrast and target definition across its full 7-35x zoom range. Because the scope is first focal plane its illuminated VPR MOA reticle scales accurately with magnification so the 12 MOA holdover grid and 0.25 MOA subtensions remain correct whether the shooter is at 7x or dialed all the way to 35x. A floating center dot measuring 0.04 to 0.08 MIL refines the aiming point further for precise holds wind calls and fast follow up corrections at extended distances. A 56mm objective lens on a 34mm main tube maximizes light collection while expanding the internal adjustment range available to the turrets. Arken s AZS zero stop system provides a positive stop after multiple full turret rotations giving shooters a reliable repeatable return to zero between strings of fire at different distances. Elevation travel reaches 30 MRAD or 108 MOA and windage travel reaches 15 MRAD or 54 MOA both substantial figures suited to demanding long range and extreme long range applications. Side parallax adjustment runs from 25 yards to infinity supporting everything from rimfire precision work to long range centerfire shooting. Rated for .50 BMG recoil sealed to IP67 standards and nitrogen purged against fogging the Arken EP-5 Gen2 is built in an aircraft grade aluminum housing designed to withstand years of hard field use.
