Ameriglo Front Sight Features The Ameriglo Front Sight uses a tritium insert to glow continuously without a battery or charging giving a shooter a consistent aiming reference whether on a bright range or in a dark hallway. The green tritium vial is surrounded by a white outline which increases daytime visibility and contrast against a wide range of backgrounds while the tritium itself takes over once light fades. At .385 inches tall and .125 inches wide the post is sized to match factory Glock dimensions so sight picture and point of impact are not disrupted by the swap. This makes the upgrade a direct improvement rather than a compromise for shooters who already know their pistol s handling characteristics. Because it is designed to fit all Glock models this front sight works across a wide range of Glock pistols without requiring a model specific part number search. Many shooters upgrading for self defense or duty use choose tritium front sights specifically because they do not rely on ambient light unlike fiber optic sights that need daylight or a flashlight to glow. Installation follows standard Glock sight replacement procedures using a sight pusher or armorer s tool. For anyone relying on a Glock pistol in low light situations this is a dependable way to improve first shot accuracy.
