Ameriglo Classic Tritium Night Sight Features The Ameriglo Classic Tritium Night Sight front sight brings a tritium illuminated dot to the front of a Glock pistol surrounded by a bold white outline that frames the tritium vial for a quick intuitive sight picture. Because tritium is self-illuminating the front sight glows without any battery or external light source so it stays ready in a holster for years without maintenance. The green tritium insert is chosen for strong visibility against a wide range of backgrounds helping shooters acquire the sight picture quickly whether on the range or in a defensive scenario. Low light and no light situations are exactly where this sight is meant to perform making it a practical upgrade for duty carry and home defense pistols alike. Built from nitride treated alloy steel the sight resists the glare that can come off a polished metal surface keeping the shooter s focus on the front sight instead of unwanted reflections. The serrated face of the sight further cuts glare and gives the eye a clean defined edge to pick up quickly under stress. At the stock height of 0.165 inch this front sight is made to match factory Glock geometry though Ameriglo offers other heights for shooters looking to adjust point of aim or pair it with a non-stock height rear sight. Compatible with all Glock pistols it is a straightforward durable sight upgrade for any Glock owner looking for a dependable tritium night sight.
