Aguila Rifle Ammunition Features This Aguila .223 Rem load pushes a 55 grain FMJBT bullet to 3215 fps generating 1223 ft-lbs of muzzle energy for quick effective results on medium-sized varmints. The boat tail design helps the bullet retain velocity downrange keeping the trajectory flatter for easier follow-up shots at extended ranges. A full metal jacket construction promotes reliable feeding through a wide range of semi-automatic and bolt-action rifles chambered in .223 Rem. That combination of velocity and bullet design makes this round a dependable choice for both practice and field use. The reloadable brass case and boxer primer give handloaders a straightforward path to recover and reuse spent casings after a day at the range. Packaged in bulk as a 1000-round case this ammunition suits shooters who train often and want a consistent supply on hand. The affordable price point makes it practical for high-volume target shooting without sacrificing accuracy or reliability. Aguila s rifle ammunition line has built a reputation for delivering proven performance at a value that keeps shooters on the range longer.
