What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I wore these on a bitter cold day when everyone else was ducking inside to warm up, and the Volcotek shield genuinely seemed to keep my circulation going through the whole session. The mitten shape gave my fingers extra room to stay warm without giving up much dexterity for zippers and buckles."The X-Cell Under Mitten from Swany was built by a brand that has spent decades chasing exactly one goal, making the warmest, most dependable glove on the mountain. Smooth Grain LeatherShield and reinforced nubuck leather shrug off snow and wet weather, while a mitten shape groups fingers together for extra shared warmth on the coldest days of the season. Tri-Plex Alpha Insulation blends multiple weights of PrimaLoft Gold with Cross Core technology for up to 50% more warmth without added bulk, backed by a Volcotek Heat Shield that promotes circulation right where cold hits hardest. Dyna-Therm lining wicks moisture while staying anti-microbial against repeated wear, and a zippered heat pocket with an AquaGuard lock down zipper holds a hand warmer in reserve for the days that demand it. A Swany Leash keeps everything attached at the wrist, so a chairlift ride never risks losing a mitten to the wind.
