Every dedicated groomer zoomer deserves a precsion tool like the Volkl Mantra 84 Skis underfoot, and it makes a difference. Built around the classic Multilayer Woodcore with the trademark Mantra family Tailored Titanal Frame and Tailored Carbon Tips, the Mantra 84 will rip trenches when you ask it to without requiring World Cup-level skills. We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width. Tip & Tail Rocker Bends up only in the shovel and tail zones, with a camber shape in the middle. P-Tex 2100 A sintered high-density and high molecular weight polyethylene base with great gliding characteristics and high durability. 3D Radius Sidecut Three radii in one ski shape deliver maximum versatility - long radii at the tip and tail for stability and smoothness, and a short radius in the mid-body allows the skier to switch from long arcs to short turns at will, at any speed. Full Sidewall Direct and strong power transmission with full length sidewalls. Freeride enthusiasts looking to drive wider skis without fear of pre-release have long looked to the Marker Griffon 13 ID Ski Bindings for their fantastic performance and reliability. They return with a re-worked Inter Pivot 3 heelpiece that significantly improves step in performance, thus eliminating the one qualm that some users had. Meanwhile, the redesigned Triple Pivot Elite 3 toe comes equipped with a new metal rail to scratch off ice and snow below your boot sole. And with Sole.ID technology to accommodate almost every boot sole norm, the Marker Griffon 13 ID Ski Bindings have you covered each and every time you click in. We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width. AFD Gliding Plate All Marker bindings (except the Jester Pro) are equipped with a moveable AFD (Anti Friction Device), allowing a precise release unhindered by dirt, snow, and ice buildup. The type of AFD is matched to the skier type, ensuring perfect functionality from racing to junior and even alpine touring. Triple Pivot Elite 3 Toe Toe construction with impressive retention when freeriding. The spring in the toe is inserted horizontally and with a sole plate inclined by 5deg it provides the highest energy absorption so as to reduce the risk of early release. The large supporting surface optimizes the power transmission and allows for great stresses and strains. Inter Pivot 3 Heel The newest generation Inter Pivot heel offers improved step-in performance, with a magnesium heel bracket for power transmission and energy absorption.
