Sylvan Arms Direct Thread Features The Sylvan Arms Direct Thread suppressor is engineered specifically for 9mm fixed-barrel firearms keeping its design compact and lightweight for pistol-length applications. A Grade 9 titanium tube forms the outer housing chosen for its strength-to-weight ratio while a Grade 5 titanium baffle stack handles the repeated thermal and pressure cycling of suppressed fire. Durable stainless steel components round out the internal construction adding wear resistance where the suppressor sees the most stress. This combination of materials keeps overall weight to just 10.9 ounces while maintaining the strength needed for reliable long-term use so shooters get a can that disappears on the belt without disappearing in durability. A 1/2x28 muzzle device allows direct thread mounting to standard 9mm threaded barrels giving shooters a secure repeatable attachment without needing a separate mounting system or additional hardware. At 6.2 inches in length the Direct Thread keeps the overall firearm profile manageable for concealed carry or home defense configurations where a shorter overall package matters. The suppressor s Cerakote finish in Matte Black adds additional corrosion resistance while matching most black pistol finishes for a clean discreet appearance on the muzzle. Sylvan Arms notes this suppressor is not rated for long action or magnum calibers keeping it purpose-built for pistol-caliber platforms where its compact size and light weight offer the greatest benefit for everyday carry and range use alike.
