Remington Premier Long Range Features The Remington Premier Long Range load pairs 6.5 Creedmoor with Speer s Impact bullet a chemically bonded jacket and core construction designed to stop separation and retain maximum weight and energy on impact. The patented Slipstream tip initiates expansion at velocities roughly 200 fps lower than standard polymer tipped bullets extending reliable terminal performance to longer ranges. A boat tail bullet profile combined with a rear adjusted center of gravity produces truer flight characteristics helping maintain accuracy as distance to the target increases. At a muzzle velocity of 2715 fps and 2291 ft lbs of muzzle energy this load carries significant knockdown power for big game hunting applications. Remington loads this ammunition with its highest quality Premier primers and propellants chosen specifically to perform consistently across a range of environmental conditions a hunter might encounter. The sleek tightly tapered hybrid ogive of the Speer Impact bullet contributes to a high ballistic coefficient supporting flatter trajectories and match grade accuracy at extended ranges. Brass cased construction provides reliable extraction and reloading potential for handloaders. This 20 round box of Premier Long Range ammunition gives hunters a dependable choice for pursuing big game at distance.
