Mdt Sporting Goods Inc The Tactical LSS Gen3 Features The Mdt Sporting Goods Inc The Tactical LSS Gen3 chassis is built specifically to fit the Remington 700 long action giving owners of that platform a rigid adjustable aluminum foundation in place of a factory stock. At 33.5 inches overall and 4.3 pounds the chassis strikes a balance between structural stiffness and a manageable overall weight for field and range use alike. The long action fitment ensures the chassis properly supports the Remington 700 s receiver and bolt travel without interference. Finished in black the chassis presents a clean tactical appearance that suits precision rifle competition as well as field use. A chassis system like the LSS Gen3 is designed to eliminate the flex and inconsistency that can come with a traditional wood or lightweight synthetic stock helping shooters extract more consistent accuracy from their rifle. That rigidity becomes especially valuable when paired with a heavier barrel or a suppressor where stock flex can otherwise affect point of impact. Because the chassis is purpose built for the Remington 700 long action installation is straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic gunsmithing. For Remington 700 long action owners chasing a more consistent adjustable platform the Tactical LSS Gen3 chassis delivers a dedicated upgrade path.
