Mdt Sporting Goods Inc Oryx Sportsman Chassis Features The Mdt Sporting Goods Inc Oryx Sportsman Chassis was designed to be the best all-around aftermarket stock replacement for shooters wanting to enhance their accuracy on a factory Tikka T3 or T3x short action rifle. The metal chassis engineering improves both accuracy and ergonomics through a wide range of adjustability options not found on factory synthetic stocks. The action is bedded on an aluminum block and the barrel is free floated both of which help reduce point of impact shift and improve shot to shot consistency. Constructed from MIL Spec type 3 hard anodized aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum the chassis weighs 4.2 lbs and stands up to demanding field and range use. The integrated fully adjustable buttstock interface allows the 32.25 length of pull to be tailored for a more consistent repeatable position behind the scope improving speed and accuracy on target. The chassis accepts AICS magazines and Tikka T3x short action rifles use 3.560 length magazines for reliable feeding. AR15 standard and vertical grip compatibility lets shooters install a grip they are already familiar with from other platforms. Finished in OD Green and built for right-handed shooters the MDT Oryx Sportsman Chassis gives Tikka owners a genuine path into precision rifle shooting.
