Horizon Firearms Venatic Carbon 2 Features The Horizon Firearms Venatic Carbon 2 takes everything about its predecessor and elevates it starting with a Proof Research carbon fiber barrel that trims noticeable weight off the muzzle end. That weight savings matters most carrying the rifle long distances into the backcountry where every ounce off the front end makes the rifle easier to hold steady on target. The barrel is threaded 5/8x24 beneath an Iota Sim Brake to manage recoil and keep the shooter on the scope for faster follow-up shots. The polished Stiller Wombat action cycles with exceptional smoothness and a TriggerTech Rough Diamond flat shoe trigger gives a clean consistent break for precise bullet placement. The SOCOM Black finish covers both the carbon fiber barrel and the receiver which carries a Picatinny rail for mounting a long-range optic securely. An Ember Drift Iota EKO carbon fiber stock keeps total rifle weight low while retaining the rigidity needed for precision shooting off a rest or bipod. A Horizon ARCA rail forend accepts ARCA-compatible bipods directly giving the shooter a stable repeatable platform in the field. With a 5-round capacity and a genuinely premium carbon fiber build the Horizon Firearms Venatic Carbon 2 suits long-range hunters who want to shave weight without sacrificing accuracy.
