Heritage Firearms Rough Rider Features The Heritage Firearms Rough Rider operates on a single action mechanism chambered in .22 LR requiring the hammer to be manually cocked before each shot in the tradition of classic western revolvers. A 6.5 inch barrel gives the rimfire cartridge room to build velocity for more consistent accuracy at the range or in the field. The black oxide finish over an alloy frame resists corrosion and wear from repeated handling and holster carry. Fixed sights keep the design simple and dependable which suits the Rough Rider s role as an affordable no frills plinking and small game revolver. A Flat Dark Earth polymer grip contrasts with the black frame for a distinctive two tone look that sets this Rough Rider apart from a standard blued model. The 6 round cylinder is easy to load and unload making range sessions and varmint hunting trips efficient and straightforward. Built with every shooter in mind the Rough Rider carries on a single action legacy that stretches back to the revolvers that tamed the American frontier. Affordable reliable and easy to shoot this Rough Rider revolver is available for sale at GrabAGun for collectors plinkers and anyone who wants a classic rimfire wheel gun.
