Griffin Armament Explorr Utility Mount Features The Griffin Armament Explorr Utility Mount is the product of Griffin s long running research into tubeless suppressor construction a design philosophy the company pioneered in 2010 as the first US manufacturer to bring tubeless silencers to market. Because a tubeless suppressor eliminates the traditional outer tube the design achieves a stronger strength to weight ratio than conventional baffle stacks housed in a separate tube. The Explorr series takes that foundation further using a more durable stainless steel construction to reach weights that rival titanium cans while keeping cost more accessible. A Full-Auto rating confirms this suppressor is engineered to handle sustained high round count use without the heat and stress failures that plague lighter duty cans. Finished in Flat Dark Earth Cerakote over stainless steel the Explorr Utility Mount measures a compact 6.3 inches in length and 1.5 inches in diameter keeping the overall footprint of a suppressed .30 caliber rifle manageable for field and tactical use. At just 11.8 ounces the reduced weight translates directly into a smaller point of impact shift when the suppressor is installed along with higher accuracy potential when firing from unsupported positions. The taper mount attachment system provides a fast repeatable and secure connection to a compatible muzzle device letting shooters mount and remove the suppressor without tools in the field. Less weight hanging off the muzzle also means less fatigue for the shooter carrying a suppressed rifle over long days of hunting training or duty work making the Explorr Utility Mount a well rounded choice for anyone chambered in .30 caliber looking to add sound and recoil mitigation for sale at GrabAGun.
