Griffin Armament GP-NATO Features The Griffin Armament GP-NATO is fully machined from 17-4 stainless steel giving it the durability needed for sustained use on both duty and sporting AR-15 platforms. Its A2 collar mounting system secures to the familiar A2 compensator found on a vast number of rifles already in the hands of civilians and the military alike so owners do not need to replace an existing muzzle device to add suppression. Full H900 heat treatment increases the strength and service life of the suppressor helping it withstand extended strings of full-auto rated fire. ECO-FLOW baffles are engineered to reduce back pressure keeping gas blowback and cyclic rate changes to a minimum compared to older A2-mountable suppressor designs. At 6.5 inches in length and 1.5 inches in diameter the GP-NATO adds a modest amount of length to a host rifle while keeping the overall footprint manageable for maneuverability. The mounting collar is QPQ nitrided for corrosion resistance while the suppressor body is spray-coated in Cerakote for a smooth heat-resistant black finish that holds up over repeated range sessions. Weighing just 16 oz it adds minimal weight to the muzzle end of a rifle helping preserve natural handling characteristics. For AR-15 owners who already run an A2 compensator and want modern suppressor performance the Griffin Armament GP-NATO delivers a durable full-auto rated option.
