Browning BAR MK4 Medallion Features The Browning BAR MK4 Medallion operates on a gas piston system paired with a high strength seven-lug rotating bolt that locks securely into the barrel for a precise repeatable breech-to-chamber relationship. This design helps the rifle handle the recoil of the 7mm Rem Mag cartridge while cycling reliably for quick follow-up shots on dangerous or fast-moving game. An integral buffering system reduces wear and stress on the operating system over the rifle s service life extending its usability. The fluted polished blued barrel trims weight while the nickel engraved receiver with its high-relief detailing sets this Medallion grade rifle apart visually. The oil finish Grade III Turkish walnut stock is cut checkered for a secure grip and shim adjustable for cast on and off and drop at comb letting left-handed shooters dial in a precise personal fit. An Inflex recoil pad reduces felt recoil generated by the 7mm Rem Mag chambering an important feature given the cartridge s magnum-level recoil. The detachable box magazine holds three rounds plus one in the chamber a useful reserve for dangerous game encounters. At 7.08 pounds this BAR MK4 Medallion balances performance aesthetics and left-hand ergonomics for serious big game hunters and is available for sale at GrabAGun.
