Browning BAR MK4 Medallion Features The Browning BAR MK4 Medallion operates on a semi-auto action chambered in 7mm Rem Mag with a 24 steel fluted barrel and a 1-in-9.5 rate of twist engineered to maximize velocity and stabilize a wide range of high-BC hunting projectiles at extended ranges. The lightweight alloy receiver keeps overall weight to just 7 lbs. 11 oz. while the engraved nickel receiver adds a level of artisan detail and visual refinement rarely found in a production semi-auto hunting rifle. A drilled and tapped receiver ensures immediate compatibility with a wide range of optics mounting solutions. The Grade III Turkish Walnut stock delivers a premium aesthetic and a comfortable ergonomic profile that reflects the craftsmanship expected from the Medallion line. Barrel fluting reduces weight while improving heat dissipation during extended shooting sessions complementing the overall design of the platform. QD sling cups and a two-position crossbolt safety round out a rifle built for hunters who demand both performance and presentation.
