Breek Arms Sledgehammer Charging Handle Features The Breek Arms Sledgehammer Charging Handle is machined from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum a material chosen for its strength-to-weight ratio and ability to withstand the repeated stress of charging a rifle under hard use. Wide serrated latches give the shooter a sure snag-free grip for fast confident manipulation whether running the rifle in training or in a defensive scenario. At 2.59 inches wide and weighing just 1.1 ounces the wider latch design improves ergonomics without adding meaningful weight to the upper receiver. The handle fits all Mil Spec AR15 and M16 rifles and requires no gunsmithing for installation making it a drop-in upgrade for nearly any existing build. What sets the Sledgehammer apart is its extensive gas-reduction engineering including a higher raised shelf at the rear of the upper receiver to block gas from reaching the shooter s face an innovative keyway cutout to prevent gas from flowing over that rear shelf and patented internal baffling inside the stem that creates turbulence to slow gas expansion. A back pressure port along with aggressive relief cuts on the top and bottom further direct gases away from the shooter a feature set that becomes especially valuable when running the rifle suppressed. Finished in OD Green with a Type III hard-coat anodized coating the handle resists wear and corrosion while matching OD Green furniture and builds. Suppressor ready and made in America the Breek Arms Sledgehammer Charging Handle is a performance upgrade built for shooters who demand reliability available for sale at GrabAGun.
