Battle Arms Development Authority Elite Complete Upper Features The Battle Arms Development Authority Elite Complete Upper is built around a billet 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum receiver machined with integral ambidextrous controls giving left and right handed shooters equal access to the bolt release and other upper mounted controls. A free float rail handguard extends forward from the receiver with M-LOK attachment points at the 3 6 and 9 o clock positions providing ample real estate for lights grips and other accessories without contacting the barrel. At 12 o clock sits a full length Picatinny accessory rail featuring Battle Arms Development s signature notch cut that matches the upper receiver giving the whole build a cohesive high end appearance. Chambered in 5.56 NATO the upper is ready to run on any compatible AR-15 lower receiver. The 10.5 inch barrel is machined from 4150 chrome moly steel and finished in black nitride for durability corrosion resistance and accuracy with each barrel individually head spaced for a tight reliable fit. A matching 9310 steel bolt paired with an 8620 black nitride carrier rounds out the bolt carrier group for ultimate reliability and easier cleaning after hard use. The upper ships complete with the Bad Rack-15 C ambidextrous charging handle letting shooters charge the rifle from either side without breaking their firing grip.
