Battle Arms Development WORKHORSE Complete Upper Features The Battle Arms Development WORKHORSE Complete Upper is machined from forged 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum giving the receiver the strength needed to handle sustained use without excess weight. Its 10.5 inch barrel is cut from 4150 chrome moly steel and finished with a black nitride coating that resists corrosion and extends service life under hard use. The barrel is individually head spaced to a matching 9310 steel bolt and 8620 black nitride bolt carrier a pairing chosen specifically for reliability and ease of cleaning. Being threaded the barrel accepts a muzzle device right out of the box to manage recoil or sound signature on this short barreled configuration. A free float M-LOK handguard wraps the barrel with mounting slots at the 3 6 and 9 o clock positions giving builders flexible placement for lights grips and other accessories. At the top sits a full length Picatinny rail featuring the WORKHORSE s signature notch cut matching the pattern machined into the upper receiver itself for a cohesive look.
