XS Sights R3D 2.0 Features The XS Sights R3D 2.0 Night Sight Set builds on the original R3D notch and post design with a stronger brighter construction engineered for serious everyday carry use. The front sight pairs a tritium vial with a green photoluminescent glow dot around it giving the shooter a vivid reference in bright light and a reliable glowing point of aim after dark. The rear sight uses two tritium vials for low light indexing set into a simple blacked out face that contrasts cleanly against the illuminated front sight. That wide rear notch speeds up sight alignment letting the shooter find the front sight faster during a draw or follow up shot. Machined from steel and finished in black oxide this set is built to handle the wear of daily holster use without degrading accuracy over time. Installation requires 50 percent less force than earlier XS sight designs reducing the risk of damaging the slide during a press fit install. The set ships configured for a standard sight height correctly regulated for the FN 509 as well as Sig P320 P365 P226 and P229 and Springfield XD XDM XDS and Hellcat pistols sharing compatible dovetails. For FN 509 and compatible pistol owners wanting a dependable three dot night sight upgrade this R3D 2.0 set is for sale at GrabAGun.
