Winchester Xpert Sporter Features The Winchester Repeating Arms Xpert Sporter is built around a precision button-rifled barrel with a 1:12 twist rate a target-style crown and a semi-match Bentz chamber all contributing to the kind of accuracy rimfire shooters expect from a dedicated target or hunting rifle. A hemispherical firing pin improves ignition reliability across a range of rimfire ammunition reducing the chance of misfires in the field. The adjustable three-lever Rimfire M.O.A. Trigger system lets shooters tune the pull to their preference supporting more consistent shot placement. An extended bolt handle adds leverage for smoother faster cycling between shots. The steel receiver is drilled and tapped to accept scope mounts giving shooters an easy path to add optics for improved target acquisition at distance. Dual ambidextrous magazine releases positioned on the sides and bottom of the rifle let shooters drop the magazine into their hand regardless of grip or shooting position. The rifle uses the same polymer 10-round rotary magazine found on the Wildcat and also accepts aftermarket magazines built for 10/22 rifles giving owners added flexibility. Finished with a satin hardwood stock featuring traditional checkering and front and rear sling eyelets the Xpert Sporter combines classic styling with modern rimfire performance.
