Timney Trigger Alpha Competition Trigger Features The Timney Triggers Alpha Competition Trigger is engineered specifically for Glock Gen6 17 19 and 45 pistols giving competitive shooters a crisp consistent 3 pound pull weight that improves on the factory trigger feel. The Teflon nickel NP3 coating applied to both the trigger bar and sear dramatically reduces internal friction resulting in an exceptionally smooth break that shooters can feel shot after shot. Because the trigger retains the stock Glock parts and springs reliability remains unchanged from the factory configuration keeping the pistol fully functional for its original intended role alongside the competition upgrade. This design philosophy keeps the trigger within Timney s long-standing promise of improving feel without compromising the dependability the Glock platform is known for. A snap-in housing design makes installation straightforward allowing most owners to complete the swap themselves without needing a gunsmith s help. This trigger is intended only for stock Glock pistols and is built specifically for competition use so shooters running a Gen6 17 19 or 45 in 9mm or .40 S&W gain a direct drop-in improvement. The red trigger shoe adds a visual upgrade alongside the functional gains giving the pistol a distinct competition look. For shooters looking to sharpen their trigger feel on a Glock Gen6 without sacrificing reliability this Alpha Competition Trigger is a straightforward well supported upgrade.
