Timney Trigger Lever Gun Trigger Features The Timney Triggers Lever Gun Trigger replaces the factory trigger on the Smith and Wesson 1854 Series rifle with a modern purpose built assembly designed around the needs of lever action shooters. Its factory set pull weight of 2.5 to 3 pounds is nonadjustable delivering a consistent single stage break every time without the shooter needing to tune anything. All components are wire EDM cut to hold the tightest tolerances ensuring the parts work together smoothly from the first trigger pull. That tight tolerance translates directly into a crisp repeatable feel that helps shooters press the trigger straight back without disturbing their sight picture. The trigger shoe sear and hammer strut are machined from A2 tool steel and hardened for exceptional wear resistance while the hammer itself is cut from S7 tool steel and hardened for shock resistance and long lasting strength. The hammer and trigger shoe also receive a black nitride coating and the sear is finished with NP3 coating both chosen to reduce friction and extend service life under repeated cycling. Installation is straightforward and does not require a gunsmith letting owners drop the assembly into their 1854 Series rifle at home. Backed by Timney s legendary lifetime warranty and proudly made in the USA the Lever Gun Trigger is available for sale at GrabAGun for shooters looking to elevate their S&W 1854.
