Nobel Sport Upland Game Features The Nobel Sport Upland Game load pushes 1-1/4 oz of lead #6 shot to a consistent 1330 fps well above standard field loads for a flatter trajectory and shorter lead on quick-flushing birds. That extra velocity matters most in upland hunting where a rooster or covey can be up and gone before a slower load ever catches up. The #6 shot size strikes a practical balance between pellet count and energy delivering enough pattern density for close flushes while retaining knockdown power at extended range. Hunters working thick cover or fast-flushing coveys benefit from the shortened reaction time this load provides. Built in a 2-3/4 inch 12 gauge hull this load cycles reliably through standard pump and semi-automatic upland guns without added recoil concerns from oversized hulls. The consistent velocities above 1300 fps are a hallmark of Nobel Sport s field ammunition line giving hunters confidence that every shell in the box performs the same as the last. A 25 round box keeps a full day s hunt supplied without needing to restock mid-morning. For upland hunters chasing pheasant quail or grouse in fast-breaking cover this Nobel Sport load delivers the speed and reliability the moment demands.
