Nobel Sport Steel Waterfowl Features The Nobel Sport Steel Waterfowl in #2 shot drives a 1 ounce payload to 1450 fps from a 3 inch magnum plastic hull giving hunters a heavier steel pellet for larger waterfowl like geese. That velocity keeps trajectory flat and delivers the added knockdown energy steel shot needs to compensate for its lighter density compared to lead. A proprietary tube wad cups the shot column through the barrel and protects it from bore contact releasing a tighter more consistent pattern at medium and long range. The larger #2 pellet size trades some pattern density for deeper penetration a tradeoff suited to bigger tougher birds. Each box holds 25 shells in a plastic hull engineered to handle the pressures of a magnum steel load without swelling or sticking in the chamber. The Ca Prop 65 compliant loading and consistent 1450 fps velocity make it a reliable choice for hunters who need shells that pattern the same box after box. Steel shot construction keeps this load legal for federally regulated waterfowl hunting anywhere lead is restricted. The Nobelsport Sport Steel Waterfowl 20 gauge #2 load is available for sale at GrabAGun for goose hunters who want a heavier steel pellet for longer shots.
