Midwest Industries Combat Rail HD Features The Midwest Industries Combat Rail HD is shaped and profiled for maximum rigidity keeping its point of impact stable even under hard recoil or with night vision aiming devices mounted up front. A longer 4140 steel barrel nut adds stability where the handguard meets the receiver and machined heavy-duty anti-rotation tabs work together with Midwest s patented torque plate system to prevent any forward movement under recoil. Two steel anti-rotation QD sockets are placed strategically to minimize gun roll while providing solid sling attachment points for slings and other QD accessories. Fully dehorned and deburred with Torx hardware throughout the handguard is finished to a standard that holds up to repeated hard use in the field or on the range. Body construction is hard coat anodized 6061 aluminum giving the Combat Rail HD a durable black finish that resists wear and corrosion over years of service. Seven sides of M-LOK slotting including a 5-slot polymer M-LOK rail included in the box give shooters the flexibility to mount lights foregrips bipods and other accessories exactly where they want them. At 13.5 in length with a 1.750 outside diameter and 1.250 inside diameter the handguard fits a wide range of AR rifle configurations while keeping the profile slim enough for a secure grip. Made in the USA and backed by a lifetime warranty this handguard is built for shooters who want a rock-solid American-made upgrade for sale at GrabAGun.
