Dead Air Armament Xemax Features The Dead Air Armament Xemax Muzzle Brake is built around Xeno Mounting Technology an inherently concentric design with a self-aligning taper system that keeps bore alignment consistent shot after shot. That repeatability matters for long range .338 caliber shooters who depend on predictable performance from their muzzle device. When used alone the single-port brake vectors gas outward and upward cutting down on ground dust dispersion while significantly reducing felt recoil. A black nitride finish protects the alloy steel construction against the elements and repeated firing. Optimized for .33 caliber bolt action rifles chambered in rounds like .338 Lapua Magnum .338-378 Weatherby Magnum and 33XC the Xemax is also designed to pair with a Dead Air Nomad 33 suppressor for extended suppressor life and consistent performance. Threaded 3/4x24 the brake installs directly onto compatible big bore rifles and includes the shims necessary for proper timing during installation. Dead Air Primal silencer owners can also install the Xemax adapter on their suppressor and run the Xemax brake on their host rifle for added flexibility. For shooters running big bore bolt guns who want reduced recoil and consistent accuracy the Xemax Muzzle Brake is a proven choice.
