Cimarron Firearms 1860 Army Civilian Features The Cimarron 1860 Army Civilian faithfully reproduces the classic 1860 Army pattern with an 8 round blued steel barrel that delivers the balance and look of the original design. Its case hardened brass frame gives the revolver the distinctive mottled coloring collectors and reenactors look for while the brass back strap and trigger guard add durability and period-correct styling. Fixed sights keep the design simple and reliable true to the black powder revolvers this model is based on. Chambered for .44 Caliber and loaded as a blackpowder-only revolver it holds 6 rounds in the cylinder for traditional single-action shooting. The one-piece walnut grip is shaped for a natural secure hold that suits both slow deliberate shooting and quicker cowboy action stages. Steel construction throughout the frame gives the revolver the heft and durability needed for repeated live-fire use at the range. This model is built specifically for blackpowder use making it a genuine choice for shooters focused on traditional loading and period-correct performance. Whether used for historical reenactment cowboy action competition or simply enjoying classic firearms craftsmanship the Cimarron 1860 Army Civilian brings genuine 19th-century design to today s shooter.
