Winchester Wildcat SR Features The Winchester Wildcat SR uses a reliable blowback semi-automatic action and the drop-out lower receiver assembly which houses the trigger group safety and bolt assembly is easily removed with the push of a button for simple bore cleaning from the chamber end without needing to disturb the barreled upper. A striker-fired design with a hemispherical firing pin tip contributes to consistent ignition shot after shot helping deliver the kind of repeatable accuracy serious rimfire shooters expect from a purpose-built platform. Dual ambidextrous magazine releases and easily accessible bolt lock and release buttons make operation intuitive for shooters of any experience level whether right or left handed. These features combine with the threaded button-rifled 16.5 barrel to deliver a rimfire rifle built for both range fun and precision shooting. The gray laminated thumbhole stock offers excellent stability to limit shifts in point of impact and its adjustable comb lets shooters fine-tune eye alignment behind a mounted scope for a consistent repeatable cheek weld. A vertical grip improves comfort from the bench while a slightly wider forend adds stability when shooting from a rest or bipod during extended range sessions. The durable 10-round rotary polymer magazine feeds reliably and locks the bolt back after the last round fires and the Wildcat also accepts aftermarket magazines that fit 10/22-style rifles giving owners flexibility to expand capacity or try different mag styles. The integrated Picatinny rail atop the polymer upper receiver rounds out the package giving shooters a straightforward path to mounting a scope or red dot without additional hardware. This blend of precision comfort and versatility makes the Wildcat SR a strong choice for sale at GrabAGun.
