Thompson Center Triumph Features The TC Arms Triumph is built around a tip-up barrel design that pivots open around the main receiver bolt when the locking trigger guard is pushed forward giving hunters fast access to the breech plug for priming depriming and cleaning without disturbing the hinge pin. The Speed Breech XT requires only a quarter hand turn to remove making it the fastest breech plug system available on an inline muzzleloader and its 209 primer pocket and optimized powder well accept both loose and pelletized powder charges. Three gas compression rings virtually eliminate fouling at the breech threads while opposing locking lugs prevent the action from seizing after repeated firings. The Black Nitride treatment on the bore and exterior diffuses nitrogen into the steel surface creating a hard abrasion and corrosion-resistant barrel that also loads and cleans with less friction. The Quick Load Accurizor is a false muzzle design with a counterbored crown that enhances accuracy and simplifies seating tighter saboted projectiles a real advantage when loading magnum charges in cold weather with gloved hands. The barrel is drilled and tapped for scope mounts and iron sights giving hunters the option to add optics for longer range shot placement. The Mossy Oak Bottomland FlexTech composite stock provides a lightweight weatherproof platform with a semi-vertical ambidextrous palm swell grip that stays secure in wet conditions and the attached Limbsaver recoil pad tames recoil from heavy magnum muzzleloader loads. With only four moving parts the Triumph is engineered for long-term durability and simple field maintenance making it a dependable choice for hunters who demand a rugged purpose-built muzzleloader season after season.
