LWRC ICMKII Features The LWRC ICMKII traces its design directly to the carbines LWRCI submitted for the U.S. Army s Individual Carbine trials giving this rifle a pedigree built around demanding military reliability standards that few commercial AR platforms can claim. The Monoforge upper receiver improves rigidity and consistency over traditional multi-piece uppers contributing to tighter tolerances more consistent optic zero retention and improved accuracy shot after shot. A 1:7 twist rate stabilizes a wide range of 5.56 NATO bullet weights from lightweight varmint loads to heavier match-grade projectiles giving shooters flexibility in ammunition selection. The 16.1 inch threaded barrel accepts a suppressor or muzzle device and LWRC Skirmish back-up sights provide a reliable mechanical backup to any mounted optic should electronics or glass ever fail in the field. A fully ambidextrous lower receiver gives left and right-handed shooters equal access to the safety selector magazine release and bolt catch a genuine advantage in dynamic shooting situations where speed and instinctive manipulation matter most. The LWRCI compact adjustable stock and LWRC Ultra grip combine to deliver a personalized fit across a range of shooter statures and gear configurations from lightweight patrol kits to bulkier cold-weather loadouts. Finished in Patriot Brown Cerakote the rifle s applied finish resists wear and corrosion while giving it a distinct non-standard appearance among AR platforms that stands out from the typical black rifle. For shooters who want a rifle built to the same standard LWRCI developed for U.S. Army trials the ICMKII delivers proven reliability ambidextrous control and a rugged Cerakote finish in one complete field-ready package.
