Keystone Crickett Features The Keystone Crickett uses a single shot bolt action specifically to keep new shooters focused on fundamentals like sight alignment trigger control and proper follow-through rather than managing a magazine or rapid follow-up shots. Its EZ Loader feature simplifies chambering a round for young or inexperienced hands reducing frustration during early range sessions. A two position crossbolt safety gives instructors a simple visible way to confirm the rifle s status before and after firing. At just two pounds eight ounces the rifle is light enough for smaller shooters to hold steady and comfortably shoulder for extended practice sessions. The 16.125 inch barrel and compact 30 inch overall length make the Crickett easy to store transport and maneuver for young shooters still building strength and coordination. A blued metal finish protects the barreled action from rust and wear while the gray synthetic stock resists the dings and scratches common to a beginner s first rifle. Open rifle sights keep the sighting system simple and intuitive letting new shooters build confidence with a proven aiming method before advancing to optics.
