The Atlas XL adapter produces no overrun for the most compact suppressor package possible while a standard Atlas adapter adds approximately 1.050 of overrun for shooters running the standard Atlas configuration. An alignment rod should always be used to ensure the entire system is properly set up and all surfaces should be cleaned with the muzzle device torqued and Rocksett-applied to the barrel before use. The black nitride 17-4 PH H900 suppressor-ready muzzle brake achieves approximately 67 HRC surface hardness through the nitride treatment process providing superior wear resistance corrosion protection and a consistent black appearance through repeated suppressor attachment cycles and sustained heat exposure.
