"Men's Mizuno® Neo Vista 3: The Men's Mizuno Neo Vista 3 is a neutral running shoe built for runners who want a responsive, energetic feel on daily training runs and tempo workouts. It sits in that productive middle ground between a cushioned daily trainer and a faster performance shoe - soft enough to handle regular mileage, lively enough to push the pace when you want to.The midsole uses MIZUNO ENERZY NXT nitrogen-infused foam, which keeps the ride light underfoot while giving you noticeable rebound through each stride. A glass-fiber-infused Wave Plate works with Smooth Speed Assist geometry to guide you through heel-to-toe transitions and encourage stronger toe-offs without feeling stiff or aggressive. The engineered knit upper wraps the foot in a breathable, adaptive fit using eco-conscious materials, and the X10 rubber outsole adds the durability and road traction you need for consistent mileage on pavement. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I put these on for a tempo run and was surprised by how well the foam holds up when you start moving faster. The ride feels soft at easy paces, but there's real snap at toe-off when you pick it up. It's a solid option if you want one shoe that handles both your everyday miles and your harder days."" - Dave, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, San Diego, CAWho It's Best ForIf you're a neutral runner looking for a road running shoe that can handle daily training and faster workouts without needing two separate pairs, the Neo Vista 3 is worth a close look.
