"GU® Energy Gel Variety 24 Pack: Fueling long runs and race-day efforts means finding gels that work for your stomach and your taste buds. The GU® Energy Gel Variety 24 Pack gives you 24 packets to test multiple flavors across caffeinated and non-caffeinated options before committing to a single choice. Each packet delivers 100 calories from a blend of maltodextrin and fructose, two carbohydrate sources that provide quick energy and sustain blood sugar levels for up to 45 minutes during training and endurance efforts. Whether you're running a 90-minute tempo session or racing longer, this variety pack lets you discover which flavors actually work mid-effort.Every packet contains 450 mg of branched-chain amino acids to help reduce muscle fatigue and limit muscle damage during sustained efforts, plus electrolytes to maintain water balance and support hydration as sweat loss adds up. The variety pack includes four curated mixes - Fruity Mixed, Indulgent Mixed, Caffeine Free Mixed, and Original Mixed - so you can sample flavors like Salted Caramel, Espresso Love, Strawberry Banana, and Jet Blackberry. Caffeinated options come at 20 mg and 40 mg per packet, while non-caffeinated flavors work well for daily training or evening sessions. The entire GU® Energy Gel line is now vegan, and mixed boxes are available online only. Why Our Fit Experts Love It""I keep a few GU® Energy Gel packets in my vest for long runs, and the Variety Pack is the best way to figure out which flavors actually work for you mid-effort.
